Our first social night of the new year promises to be a vibrant celebration of colour, rhythm, and Caribbean warmth. In late January, we’ll be hosting Puerto Rican Night, honouring our Senior Design Consultant, Blanca Breen, whose proud Puerto Rican roots have inspired this special event.

Puerto Rico’s food culture is a melting pot of Spanish, African, and Taíno influences, a reflection of the island’s rich and diverse history. Expect a lively evening brimming with tropical flavours, infectious beats, and an atmosphere that will transport you straight to San Juan.

Guests will be treated to an exploration of traditional dishes such as:

• Mofongo - a savoury masterpiece of mashed plantains, garlic, and crispy pork crackling, served with rich, soulful broth.

• Arroz con Gandules - Puerto Rico’s national dish, bursting with flavour, featuring rice, pigeon peas, and aromatic sofrito.

• Tembleque - a silky coconut dessert with a whisper of cinnamon, the perfect sweet note to end the evening.
